From underperforming listings to top-rated Airbnbs, weβve helped homeowners increase occupancy, boost nightly rates, and achieve 4.9β+ guest satisfaction β all while keeping operations hands-free.
π΄ A Cinematic Hollywood Escape
π Los Angeles, USA
Located just two blocks from the iconic Walk of Fame, this home was designed to capture the unmistakable energy and glamor of Hollywood.
When our client first acquired the property, it had strong fundamentals β a prime location, a private rooftop deck, and a striking black spiral staircase β but lacked a clear identity and understanding of its target audience.
We reimagined the space through a Hollywood Glam lens, focusing on bold color accents, luxe textures, and thoughtful space optimization for a small floor plan. Every design choice was made to make guests feel like theyβre stepping into their own movie set.
Since launch, the property has achieved 81% occupancy, becoming one of the top-performing two-bedroom Airbnbs in Hollywood, with consistent 4.9β guest ratings and strong monthly returns.

π΅ A Dreamy Desert Getaway
π Scottsdale, USA
Located in the heart of Scottsdale, this property was our personal passion project β a home we designed from the ground up and continue to manage today. From the start, we saw its potential to attract a wide range of travelers β from wellness enthusiasts and golfers to bachelorette groups seeking a desert escape.
To make it a true destination, we focused on creating an experience, not just a stay. Hosting large groups of up to 12 guests meant designing spaces that balanced entertainment, relaxation, and aesthetic appeal.
Outdoors, we transformed the blank backyard into a resort-style oasis featuring a custom hand-painted mural by Tammy, a DIY pickleball court, a mini botanical garden seating area, a hot tub, and a putting green. Inside, we curated multiple entertainment zones to bring people together.
Today, this home generates over $100K per year in gross bookings, maintaining 60%+ occupancy at an average daily rate of $500, with a 4.93β guest rating. It stands as a testament to our ability to design and operate high-performing Airbnbs for large vacation groups in competitive markets.

π A Bay Area Modern Retreat
π San Francisco, USA
Just six minutes from Oakland International Airport, this home was designed with a clear audience in mind β business travelers and families visiting the Bay Area.
The propertyβs unconventional layout and limited natural light initially posed challenges, but we saw an opportunity to turn those constraints into character. We embraced a bright, modern palette, layering translucent white curtains to amplify natural light and combining boho warmth with mid-century modern structure to create a calm, welcoming environment.
Though a recent addition to our portfolio, the transformation produced immediate results. We increased average daily rate by 10%, added $1K per month in additional revenue, and boosted occupancy by 19% β now at 73%.
What makes this project special is that even with a higher ADR, occupancy climbed β proof that when design and hospitality align with the right audience, performance follows.
